Hi Chancer,
We are now set to begin property aquisition.

The issues here are as follows.

1 Purchasing Investment property without utilizing our own money.

2 On selection of property, making it worth the developers while for no holding deposits or bonds.

3 Passing all the Finance criteria.

4 Pre-approval

5 Valuation

6 Full Approval

7 Exchange

8 Document requisition where needed

9 Final Settlement.

OPPORTUNITY.
A genuine opportunity exists for a cashed up Australian person to provide short term funds of apx $25,000, returned within 4-6 weeks, as each set is acquired.
